Nice hotel, big rooms and a great view of the pier. Great service and delicious breakfast. Everything we needed) took us to the station after checkout. We will definitely come back, thank you! Chao)

The lake view room with balcony is nice, there are plenty of restaurants around and the hotel is clean. It's a parking lot that requires 8 minutes to park, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus, which is also ok.

Siamo tornate in questa struttura perché si sta davvero bene ed ha una posizione perfetta, si trova in pieno centro accanto al lago ed i traghetti approdano a due passi...comodissimo! Il parcheggio è separato ma vicino all'hotel, a pagamento ed è al coperto. Purtroppo non siamo riuscite ad andare nella spa (credo sia molto bella). Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose con un arredamento e fascino d'epoca. Molto buona la colazione...bellissimo potersi sedere all'aperto vista lago.

Ho trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza con la mia famiglia, composta da otto persone, e posso dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Il personale, dal proprietario fino agli addetti alla reception, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, cortese e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Paolo Mayer, alla signora Veronica, oltre a tutto lo staff, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole grazie alla loro gentilezza e professionalità. Le camere spaziose, le pulizie impeccabili e la colazione eccellente, servita da un personale sempre sorridente e ospitale. Soggiornare in questo hotel è stato veramente rilassante come desideravo. Si trova in una posizione perfetta, affacciato direttamente sul lago e con l'approdo per i traghetti proprio di fronte. Ha il fascino unico di un hotel storico come si evince dalla facciata che domina sul lago e dalla genealogia della famiglia Mayer documentata nella hall con foto e documenti storici risalenti ai primi del '900. L'affaccio sulla piazzetta e sul lago è bellissimo ed è stato super rilassante fare colazione o sorseggiare un caffè durante la giornata con vista sul lago. Pulizia perfetta, ottima, posizione, personale cortese che mi ha offerto anche il transfer gratuito per la stazione hanno reso il mio soggiorno piacevolissimo e rilassante, così come desideravo. Veramente un'ottima scelta.

La scorsa settimana sarei dovuto andare con mia moglie a Desensano, ma per un imprevisto last minute ho dovuto cancellare il soggiorno di due notti. Avvista l’hotel mi sarei aspettato un trattamento migliore, invece nulla, le addebitiamo le due motti ( nonostante non fosse pieno ) . Almeno un voucher per un soggiorno futuro…..nulla. Hanno perso un potenziale cliente .
