We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this fabulous hotel and cannot fault it in anyway. It is a small, friendly and very peaceful place to stay. The staff in all areas of the hotel are the kindest and most welcoming people, nothing was ever any trouble for them. The hotel is a very pleasant 10 to 15 minute lakeside walk to the centre of Desenzano where you find restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are good sized and we had a lovely room on the third floor with lake views. The pool area was never particularly busy even in August so there’s no issue getting beds and towels are provided at reception. Breakfast offered a great choice of options for all tastes too. The spa is an excellent way to break up the day. And the best bit about this hotel…… it has to be the amazing cocktails and spritz drinks served by the wonderful barman….. just the best! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay such a wonderful one . We will be back.

Неплохой отель, номера убираются каждый день, но холодильник бара работает очень слабо, рассчитан на четыре 200мл баночки, если поставишь больше, то не охлаждает. Имеется сауна, которую надо заренее резервировать, и это большой плюс отеля, но правила сауны не соблюдаются. В последний день нашего пребывания на наше время в сауне был посетитель, пришлось долго выснять с персоналом, почему они сами не соблюдают свои же правила, что заходить надо ровно в 16:00 или 17:00 и т.д., и если ты опоздал, это твои проблемы, а выходить надо в 16:50 или 17:50, чтобы у персонала было время убрать сауну. Мы зашли на 15 мин позже, сауну никто нам не убрал, даже унитаз не был смыт... На наше замечание, что сауна не убрана, нам ответили: "Вы еще хотите, чтоб я убирала ещё?", Очень неуважительно было брошено: "Хотите, жалуйтесь руководству!"

Excellent hotel : Wonderful staff Very clean Good breakfast Not busy pool area Good quality bed Draw backs : 10/15 min walk out of the centre. Limited food offering for lunch and not much close by as alternative. Local area does not really have many taxi’s have to pre book well in advance. We would come back and we really enjoyed our stay.

A real friendly little hotel. Its only 10 to 20 minutes away from the town. Less than 5 mins from the lake. We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. Great location- everything is in walking distance. The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful, providing us with various recommendations throughout our stay. They even phoned restaurants to reserve tables for us and helped us find a pub to watch the Euros final! The breakfast was very enjoyable and there is a good selection. A special shout out to the gentlemen who work on the bar- very friendly and delicious cocktails. We will be back for sure.

Great hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Very good brekfast and the garden is very nice with swimming pool and good sunbeads. The room was very spacious. Thanks alot for very joyful and relaxing stay. Will highly recommend this hotel…..
