The room was a bit damp and the facilities were simple. My room had no curtains and poor sound insulation. The sounds of washing and flushing toilets in other rooms were very clear, and the lighting in the corridor was very dim.

Hotel non adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli o persone con problemi di mobilità. Non c’è ascensore, poco pulito per terra… C’era troppo caldo quando siamo andati e la camera aveva l’aria condizionata rotta. Ci hanno dato un ventilatore scassato e pieno di polvere… Abbiamo chiesto un’altra camera e ci hanno detto che erano tutte occupate (dopo abbiamo scoperto che non era vero). Non ci sono abbastanza prese disponibili (facevamo a turni per ricaricare ll telefono). Il bagno lasciamo stare… Almeno la nostra stanza aveva un balcone che era comodo la sera. La tv non funzionava. Che dire… almeno il centro di Desenzano è vicino e si arriva in pochi minuti a piedi.

Leggendo le varie recensioni negative ero un po' preoccupato, ma quelle positive mi hanno fatto provare. Non mi sono pentito della scelta fatta, è un 2 stelle e non mi aspetto di trovare i servizi di una categoria superiore. La camera ha il necessario che ti serve, anzi anche condizionatore che ci ha salvato, visto le alte temperature e il televisore. Una terrazza spaziosa. Ottima posizione perché vicino al lungolago (15 minuti a piedi) e alla stazione, utile se non si ha la macchina. Bar sempre aperto, anche di notte.L' unico consiglio e di fare una pulizia più a fondo della camera e del bagno

Esperienza non solo negativa....di più! Stanza sporchissima, pareti scrostate e ammuffite ....aver paura di usare il bagno , doccia inesistente. Una specie di terrazzino a piano terra sporco e pieno di cose da buttare. ....Ti fanno pagare in anticipo la stanza per evitare che appena vistala tu scappi a gambe levate!!!! Esperienza orribile, non avrei mai pensato potessero esserci strutture come questa e che non subiscano controlli sanitari che le facciano chiudere. Dovrebbero pagarti per restare lì.

Un hotel assolutamente non consigliato maleducati camere sporche stanze da ostello dei bassi borghi (basterebbe una tenda in camera sia per un discorso di privacy che si immagine del hotel)ucraino staggista alla reception inesperto di cattive maniere bussa alla stanza e mi invita ad uscire molto maleducatamente mi chiama la polizia senza sapere che sono un cliente da 10 anni in questo hotel e che pago sempre senza alcun problema sono rimasto molto deluso da questa esperienza!!!!!!pessimoooooo

Zeer slechte kwaliteit, horribele kamers in slechte staat, alleen goed voor arme studenten. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zeer slecht. De man aan de receptie (Maurizio) is een beste kerel en behulpzaam, maar de eigenaar laat de zaak helemaal afzakken. Dit hotel te allen tijde vermijden.
