Friends and family Super nice and clean Good customer service I did book the one bedroom ponderosa suite thinking there was a separate bedroom but it is not at all separate. It’s sectioned off but there is no door and it is wide open. Probably best for a couple not a family if you want privacy. Walking distance to town Lovely pool Best western breakfasts are the best. Thanks for the gluten free options too!

This hotel is in a destination town, so the price point is that of a Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, etc. Pretty spendy for a Best Western. With that being said, the hotel and grounds are immaculate. Very beautiful and inviting. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained with towels available, so we didn't have to tote them from the room. I would stay here again and recommend it to anybody.

The motel is on the edge of town and within walking distance of the town. The downstairs rooms open up onto a huge grass area which is great for dogs. It's very quiet. The room we had was huge (142). It was more expensive but it really worked with our two dogs. Breakfast is free. Standard hotel eggs and bacon fare.

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE KING ROOM. ALL THE "EXTRAS" WERE IN THIS VERY LARGE ROOM FOR 3 ADULTS. COMFORTABLE SOFA BED. VERY QUIET WITH BALCONY OR PATIO AVAILABLE, NICE LARGE POOL AND SAUNA SITUATED ON A VERY LARGE GREEN GRASS LAWN. WONDERFUL BREAKFAST WITH PLENTY OF PROTEIN AND FRESH FRUIT ITEMS FOR A GREAT START TO OUR DAY. THAT WAS A REAL BONUS. THE STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED TO THE TIME WE LEFT.

This is a great property. Very clean, beautiful grounds with alpacas grazing on the property. Staff was pleasant and location was at the entrance to the quaint town of Sisters, Oregon. Easy parking. We didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but it was offered. I highly recommend this location.

We always look forward to staying here. The suites are beautiful. The green grass and alpacas make it look stunning! We love the pool and hot tub in the summer. Right near the town of Sisters for eating out and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again.

This might be the best Best Western we've stayed in! And we did 4 on our road trip. The staff were all very friendly! The rooms were well furnished, clean and comfortable. Ground floor rooms have a pleasant outside patio, with green lawn and tables. AND, a view of their alpacas! We loved that we could park right outside our door for easy loading. Nice breakfast selection. We'd go out of our way to stay here!!
