My fiance and I have come here several times over the past couple of years and each time has gotten progressively worse. This last time was our last time visiting period. When we saw that a few of the front desk agents who gave us such good service numerous times before (particularly the gentleman, I believe his name was Joe or some other J name) were no longer there, that should have been the red flag. It was understaffed at the Front Desk on a busy day and it looked like the few front desk agents there were overwhelmed. Room seemed like it had been cleaned in a rush, poorly vacuumed, trash under the bed, toilet not cleaned… very subpar cleaning and a gross experience. Eagle Crest has lost my business

The chalet we stayed in was really nice - so that part I'd give a 5 for. But the check-in experience was the worst I've ever had! No check-in till 5??? Long check-in lines - I stood in line for 15 minutes, and was at the head 5 minutes before 5 - sent to the back for another 15 minute wait!!!

We had a coffee pot and lamp in the room that didn’t work The headboard had a large rip . Looking out our window are three feet high weeds and dead shrubs The sink would not drain well if you turn the water too fast On a good note the staff were all very nice and professional

For one the staff was extremely patient with me I appreciate it very much. When checking out the housekeepers were amazingly kind and understanding and helpful. Thank you for a great experience and stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave would have loved to of stayed longer…!!!

There for the weekend at the BMX Nationals. Had a great time using your spa, driving range, putting greens and pool. Great place. We’ll be back for sure.

I was very excited about this trip until I got to our room. The photos made it seem super nice, but it was not. The room was below average on cleanliness. The drapes were filthy, the headboard was ripped, the sinks did not drain, the shower head was dirty with buildup and the remote was broken. I called down to request towels 2 times and they never came.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in a beautiful location. The golf courses were really nice, especially the 18 hole putting course.
The only thing that was a negative was the fact that there was only one chair, a desk chair. Nothing to sit and relax in.I was told at the desk it was because there were 2 queen beds and no room for one...I saw that there was room but....
Otherwise a restful place to stay and enjoy Central Oregon.
