We initially had issues with the air conditioning in our room, and while the staff was helpful in moving us to another room, we encountered a new problem with a leaking aircon during the night. We chose not to switch rooms again, so we ended up tolerating the water dripping sound all night. While the staff and service were generally fine, we were disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations considering the price

Great Stay..
Had a wonderful experience…when my room’s shower had an issue around 10pm the staff quickly arranged a room change without any hassle…Excellent service and prompt response.

The natural environment of the hotel is great, with a private beach. There are many places for children to play in the park, including a children's swimming pool. I have to give it a thumbs up. The service is a little lacking. The lock of our room door broke twice. We couldn't get out once and couldn't get in once. We waited for more than 40 minutes for maintenance each time. Finally, we were moved to a courtyard view room on the first floor. The damp musty smell and sweat smell were strong. The breakfast was average and there were a lot of people.
