Amazing stay for my daughter’s birthday!
The room was beautifully decorated with birthday touches that brought a big smile to my daughter face. The facilities were fantastic. I love the pools escp kids pools and we all enjoyed the breakfast spread, so variety and delicious!

This was our first time visiting The Westin with our parents and kids. We booked three rooms and requested three baby cots, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
We’re truly grateful for the excellent service and hope the team continues to maintain these high standards. We’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Our second visit to the hotel.
The room is spacious and clean.
Breakfast was excellent with many choice of food. Need to be early as queues will form up after 9am.
Location is near the beach area and about 3 mins drive from the nearest shops.
The staff is very accommodative and polite.
Will definitely return to The Westin for future trips to Desaru
