I booked Westin Desaru Coast because I was in the IRONMAN 70.3 Desaru Coast event. I took the Escape! Dining Package for 2 nights. There are just too many persistent house flies in the restaurants. We had 2 lunches in Seasonal Tastes and 1 dinner in Kedidi, and we are busy swatting the house flies instead of enjoying our meals. The prawns in my cantonese hor fun were not fresh on the first lunch. It was mushy. At this premium rate, I expect it to be at an excellent level.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at The Westin Desaru was truly an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to the team for the thoughtful balloon decorations and delicious cake—it made our stay extra special. I felt cozy and comfortable during my stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food quality was excellent. The only downside was an issue with the steam room temperature during my visit.

Spent a night in Westin Dearu for celebrating anniversary. Hotel is clean and maintained 5 star standard. But there was an Iron man event happening next to the hotel. It was loud. Blasting music since 5am. We got interrupted during sleep. Other than that everything is great.
