Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura 1 settimana a settembre 2025 con 2 cani di piccola taglia Che dire , siamo stati divinamente ! Personale molto gentile , i due ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono stati sempre disponibili e sorridenti ! Sia la struttura che il verde intorno era tenuto in modo quasi maniacale , l'erba sempre tagliata , piscina pulitissima e tutta l'attrezzatura da esterno nuova e tenuta benissimo Avere il ristorante a fianco è stato un bel confort (il Chicco di Grano) , super consigliato anche quello ! Posizione comodissima per raggiungere le zone accanto e non lasciatevi spaventare dalla vicinanza con la strada , non si sente nulla ! Speriamo di tornare presto 🥰

Ho soggiornato una settimana con la mia famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa! Un'oasi di pace a due passi da Deruta, personale accogliente e molto disponibile, un luogo incantevole per una vacanza all' insegna del relax, buon cibo e visite alle città più belle dell' Umbria. Consigliatissimo!!! 💝

La location è veramente bella, immersa nel verde delle campagne Deruta ma a due minuti dal centro, tutto curato l'esterno, ottimo il parcheggio, l'accoglienza del proprietario buona la colazione e gentile il personale. Unico neo ho alloggiato nella mansarda e le finestre non erano oscurate, c'è nera una a tetto ed una normale ed alle 5 del mattino era come mezzogiorno. Ritornerò sicuramente per il prossimo viaggio

La struttura è fantastica, un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde parcheggio facile e proprietario super gentile compreso il personale della colazione. Unico neo se posso nella mansarda dove dormivo le finestre non avevano un telo per le finestre e già alle 5 brava mezzogiorno.

Luogo bellissimo, camera abbastanza pulita, c'erano delle ragnatele sulla porta, ristorante discreto, se devo trovare dei difetti, uno potrebbe essere la mancanza di portasapone in doccia e la mancanza dell'orario di silenzio, bambini che gridano in piscina primo pomeriggio...anche no
