We were in the area for a wedding in Todi, so we stopped in Deruta for one night. Samuel, who runs the place along with his wife, is the nicest, most accomadating person. First he carried our luggage up stairs for us, since there is no lift. Then we wanted to go into town to see the ceramics. There is no local taxi, they would have to come from Perugia. So Samuel drove us and picked us up. The hotel has beautiful views and a lovely pool area. Beautiful plants are all around. We had a fabulous dinner, which will be reviewed under separate cover.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo scelto questo Country house per trascorrere un weekend di relax. Struttura immersa nel verde, lontano dal caos cittadino, camera piccola, ma molto accogliente e ben arredata, bagno nuovissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA privata, piccola ma completa, dove abbiamo trascorso 1 ora e mezza di pace accompagnata da un aperitivo a bordo piscina! La cena presso il ristorante dell’hotel è risultata superlativa, ben oltre le nostre aspettative, dall’aperitivo di benvenuto all’assaggio del dolce, al grand dessert finale: fantastico!!! Pensiamo di ritornare🤩

Our last visit was in 2018 and when we were leaving they told us we should stay the next time. Roll on to 2024, our first time back in Italy since 2018 and we decided to book a meal and stay overnight. We had another delicious meal again, wonderful flavours, beautifully presented and served and we really enjoyed it. And it was great to just have to climb the stairs to go back to our room. Breakfast was also a feast, great selection of freshly baked goods, juices, fruit, cereals and offer of cooked breakfast also which we declined as we only wanted light breakfast. It was great to be back as one of most favourite restaurants again and we will be back next year again. Thank you so much.

This visit my son and I concentrated on pure relaxation, instead of sightseeing as we have visited this lovely refuge a few times before. The hospitality is gracious, accomodations comfortable, and the food is AMAZING! I had a relaxing massage and we made use of the immaculate pool. I have been recommending this property to my traveling friends and customers for years and cannot wait to return.

I nostri figli ci hanno regalato un pacchetto comprendente cena, notte, colazione e 90 minuti di centro benessere. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorprese dall’atmosfera familiare ed accogliente sia alla reception dell’albergo sia in sala ristorante. I piatti sono elaborati ma pensati con cura ed amore . Ci sono tanto impegno e tanto lavoro “dietro le quinte” ma si percepisce appena si vede il servizio e quando si gustano i cibi. L’area benessere è giusta e godibile per due persone Esperienza assolutamente consigliata

We stayed at this lovely hotel for the first time approximately 14 years ago and have been back several times since. This is a wonderful and friendly family run property with nice spacious rooms, a great swimming pool area, nice area for indoor and outdoor relaxation and the hotel has recently added a very nice spa. The hotel is ideally and centrally located to explore wonderful Umbria. Least let's not forget, the hotel has one of the very finest gourmet restaurants in the region. We can't wait to come back again!

Esperienza veramente unica, oltre le nostre aspettative : bellezza e cura della struttura, attenzione e premura dei titolari e del personale, servizi impeccabili e realmente coerenti con quanto anticipato dal loro sito ....a pensarci è veramente difficile trovare dei difetti. Il ristorante I Rodella ci ha proposto piatti di qualità elevata, ricercati ma anche schiettamente gustosi, la KlaYmai SPA è assolutamente da provare come anche la piscina che ci ha garantito momenti di relax assoluto dopo le nostre giornate fitte di giri turistici. Samuele Rodella poi merita un ringraziamento particolare per la cortesia informale, la professionalità ma anche per il sorriso cordiale con cui ci ha accompagnato in questo soggiorno.
