My wife and I were taking a cross country driving vacation and booked the Courtyard Hershey for one night. This was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip but it was one of our worst experiences. The carpet was ripped. The shower had no shampoo. A soaking wet towel was left in the bathroom. There was only enough coffee in the room for one of us. The worst part though was when we got up early to shower, the shower didn't work. We told the morning clerk as we were checking out and she said the manager would call us that day to make things right. He didn't call. I ended up calling him two days later but I had to leave him a detailed message and a request to call me. He hasn't. It's one thing to get a bad room but to have the general manager totally ignore the situation is very, very disappointing. Just based on that, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. Mold, mildew, other substance in shower and sink. We cut our stay there short because we couldn’t stay there more than one night. Hotel management stated we would have to pay for our entire reservation, then eventually agree to allow us to check out early as a courtesy.

From the minute we checked in we knew this place was a problem. Another guest was there trying to tell the front desk that rain was literally pouring into her room & the front desk clerk was flustered & completely unhelpful. We were checked in and told she hoped it was not raining in our room too (thank God it was not). We checked in on Friday & left on a Monday and never had housekeeping service. We had to go in person to request an iron, coffee, towels and trash bags so we could take out our own trash. The hotel itself is very nice, but the staff is very overwhelmed and lacking. For the price we paid, I should not have had to take out my own trash!!!

Staff was pleasant and courteous and rooms were clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a wash towel that was stained to the point that it should’ve been thrown out instead of being displayed to be used.

Perfect spot since its less than 5-10min drive from anything you would want to do in Hershey! Tanger Mall (5min), Classic Auto Museum (a MUST do)(8min) and Hershey Park/World (5min) make this Hotel a great spot! Will definitely be visiting this same hotel for a do-over ;)
