I got the room 322. It was so noises caused by some small animals scratching the wall during the sleep. videos recorded what I was hearing and showed to the front desk. The manager never showed up nor said any sorry even after the video showed to them what happened.

HIE Hershey is located at the edge of town about 2 miles from Hersheypark and downtown Hershey. Hotel is one of the more recently refreshed in the chain. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Two things to consider when staying there: 1. Close to a busy rail line so if noise bothers you request a room away from the train line 2. There is a nearby campground. When the air is stagnant campfire smoke can be a thing. Personally like the property and would recommend it for folks seeking a good limited-service hotel option in Hershey.

The staff were really nice and very accommodating. Even the breakfast people were super nice in the morning. I love it. The bed was comfortable. Showers were nice and clean and it was very close to Hershey Stadium.

Pros- near attractions, food, outlet. Staff are nice, courteous.
Cons- room needs updating, maintenance. Faucet in the bathroom leaking, air conditioner - dirty (had dust).

Our room was on ground floor, #112. And it was so incredibly loud in the lobby area until 10:30 at least. Kids running wild in the hallways, parents drinking and yelling. Absolute mayhem.

This was the perfect hotel for a hershey park trip. the service was next level. the two people at check in were so friendly and helpful. they were doing everything! really great experience. we were able to eat downstairs and watch the game we wanted once we settled in. beautiful surrounding area. very close to restaurants and shopping. best part was that it was 7 minutes from hershey park.
