Urgup Konak Hotel

First of all, the hotel's location, quietness, and the attention and care of the staff are excellent. The way they welcomed us was very nice. We really liked the cleanliness, ambiance and relaxing aspect of our room. When we came to the reception to leave our luggage in the safe deposit box because we landed early in the morning, they noticed that we were tired from the road and they acted courteously and started to host us around 11.30, even though our check-in time was 14.00. This was a very nice gesture for us. As for the restaurant, its ambiance and view were very nice. The meal and salad we had on the first evening were excellent. All the vegetables they used for the salad were very fresh, natural and delicious. This is our second evening and we want to taste the same taste again. All the staff were friendly and caring. There was a problem with the satellite device in the room, they immediately replaced it with a new one as soon as I told them. The welcome was nice. Breakfast was very rich. There was even a dry cake, you can imagine the rest. It was very kind of them to put kettle, water, nescafe and shake tea in our room as extra treats. In fact, it was very gentlemanly of them to put new ones in after cleaning the room after they were finished. I was very impressed that our young daughter, who could not change the money I gave her for the one liter bottle of water I asked for extra for my husband's medicine after breakfast in the restaurant section, said that this should be my treat, despite all my insistence, and even though I asked him to give it after I exchanged the money, he said, "Please don't bring it." I also thank him. In short, the hotel was very nice in every aspect. I will come again and book my place at the same Urgup Konak Hotel. I would humbly recommend it to anyone who wants to come.

Very nice hotel decor and magnificent view and well located. Top service and restaurant. Finally, special dedication to our super friendly, welcoming, attentive hostess, and above all multilingual. We highly recommend.

Very welcoming and very helpful staff, I was dropped off in the city center without me asking anything to avoid walking without the rain. The breakfast is very generous and of high quality and the room with its stone walls is magnificent.

I would like to highlight the service provided by Fifi, the hotel manager, who was friendly and super efficient. He resolved all my questions with the tour packages, balloon flights and gave great tips on places in Cappadocia. Very nice, comfortable 3-star hotel with a BEAUTIFUL view! Restaurant open until 11pm with a very tasty menu. Room is spacious, bathroom and showers great. I recommend it and would go back.

To get to the parking lot, you have to pass through the stony streets, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is very good, the hotel consists of two parts, the Dereli suite is higher in price and more comfortable, the Ürgüp Konak is just a clean room building without a view, it looks like a cave... The surrounding area is lively, there are A101 etc. restaurants, it is quiet. far from the road

The hotel is excellent in everything, but it does not have air conditioning. It's getting top marks for the set. The room is spacious. The restaurant is great and serves delicious dishes for dinner (I don't know if it serves lunch). The breakfast is fabulous, very varied. The hotel has a very large area and has beautiful views, including the restaurant. It's not close to Goreme, but that's not a problem because you're picked up at the hotel for all tours.

A hotel located in the central region. Very close to the shopping center. Very clean hotel with crippled rooms and large bathroom and comfortable beds. A hearty breakfast with plenty of variety and very well served. The view from the restaurant is surprising. I highly recommend it.
