10-13 Şubat arası burada eşimle birlikte gerçekleştirdiğimiz tatilden Çok kefiyle ayrıldık,Tüm çalışanlar memnun olmamız için elinden geleni yaptılar. Odaların temizliği, hijyenik oluşu bizleri daha da mutlu etti, odalar geniş güzel ve tarihi dokuyu barındırıyor. Sizler için hazırlanan kahvaltılar el lezzetleri muazzam. Sabah balon turuna gittik, günün geri kalan kısmını ise at turunda geçirmeye karar verdik At turunu bizlere tavsiye eden umut beye teşekkürler. Buralara ilk defa gelmek bizleri sevindirdi İlerleyen zamanlarda tekrar görüşürüz. Bizlere Gösterdiğiniz nezaket için teşekkür ederiz Hoşçakalın Hotelakuzun ailesi.

Отдыхали в отеле Akuzun семья из 5 человек 2 детей и 3 взрослых.За три дня нашего отпуска мы успели насладиться, отдохнуть , увидеть красоту природы,побывать в местах своей мечты. Встретили в отеле нас душевно.Ребята с рецепшн Umut, Yiğit организовали нам экскурсии в места нашей мечты. Umut , Yiğit всегда старались проникнуться ситуацией дня ,чтобы наш отдых был ещё интересней ,организованный и насыщенный.Номерами в отеле мы остались довольны. Мы и особенно дети.В семейном номере две большие кровати для детей ,гардероб,зеркала, диван. Между комнатами двери . Постель мягкая и чистая.Есть чайник и выбор разного чая. Так же хочу отметить в большом семейном номере большая глубокая ванная.Ещё у нас был другой номер с большим красивым балконом с широкой мягкой кроватью и со всем необходимым для проживания в отеле.По утрам гостям организовывают завтраки как дома.В отеле почувствовали радушие, спокойную приятную атмосферу.Наша семья осталась довольна этим отелем и персоналом рекамендую.

I came for a winter vacation at this hotel and stayed 4 days with my friend and we chose 1 room with 2 beds. the room is very clean and comfortable and here also provides a tour to ride horses around goreme. and they serve very delicious food. I will return to this hotel if I go to cappadocia again highly recommended for those of you who vacation here

It was a vacation I wanted to come for a long time. I especially preferred the winter season. Cappadocia is a really beautiful place. I would like to thank Akuzun hotel for making this beautiful vacation more beautiful. Nice service delicious breakfast ,I preferred to stay in a standard room, I can say that it is a complete price performance hotel. I hope we can meet again in the summer season, now my first address in the Cappadocia region, thank you for everything... the location is very central, walking distance to everything ...

Dieses Hotel ist perfekt geführt, sehr nettes Personal und Management! Grosses Frühstücks Buffet. Saubere helle Zimmer teils mit Whirlpool.
Hat noch Raum für Verbesserungen die schon im Gange sind. Danke für die Hilfe und die Zeit bei euch!

Bu otel mükemmel bir şekilde yönetiliyor, çok güzel personel ve yönetim! Büyük kahvaltı büfesi. Bazılarında jakuzi bulunan aydınlık odaları temizleyin.
Halihazırda devam etmekte olan iyileştirme için hala yer var. Yardım ve zaman ayırdığınız için teşekkürler!

This hotel is perfectly managed, very nice staff and management! Large breakfast buffet. Clean bright rooms some with whirlpool.

Akuzun-Ürgüp
Öncelikle ilk izlenim olarak oteli çok beğendik ve bu kadar güzel olmasına çok şaşırdık. Odamızda çok güzeldi
ancak bazı eksiklikleri vardı.
Benim gibi kız arkadaşınızla giderseniz bilin ki kapının altında 3 parmak kadar boşluk var ve koridordan bütün sesler duyuluyor.
Jakuzi çalışmıyordu.
Şömineyi 2 defa kullandık. Baca tam çekmediğinden bütün gece pencereyi yarı açık bıraktık ve hava gerçekten soğuktu.
Otel çalışanlarından memnunuz sorunlarımızı belirttiğinmiz de çözüyorlardı ama sorunlardan çok tatilimizi güzel geçirmeye çalıştık ve öylede oldu.
Ürgüp'ü sevdik ama bence 2 veya 3 gün fazlasıyla yeterli. Sonrasında biraz sıkıyor.
