The room was beautiful with a hammam 😍 but since our room was on the ground floor, we had no signal. The Wi-Fi stopped working after a certain time. The hot water didn't work for two days after we reported it. The staff took care of it immediately.

It's in a wonderful location in the center of Cappadocia where you can see the hot air balloons directly above.
The rooms are not particularly large or new, but they were well maintained. Breakfast is a rare buffet style, but I recommend having breakfast on the terrace.

This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!
