It was unforgivable experience for me the hotel is at prime location the staffs were very polite and helpful the room was spectacular from which you can see all around it was specious I strongly recommend this hotel it worth it.!

Otel güzel bir dizayna sahip olsa da odalarda banyo ve tuvaletin kapısız açık dizayn olması hiç konforlu değil Ayrıca işletme yönetimi dışarıdan misafir kabulünü yaptıktan ve misafirlerimi davet etmem üzerine misafirlerimin otele gelmesi ile sizi ağırlayamayız deyip üst seviye bir mahçubiyet yaratmaları da iki kat kötü oldu… klasik adı duyulmuş duyulduktan sonra hizmet vermesekte dolar mantığı ile işletilen bir otel ben bir daha gittiğimde asla tercih etmem. (Otel çalışanları yönetimin aksine bir o kadar tatlılardı)

Alojamiento muy bien situado en Urgup para recorrer Capadocia, muy limpio y con personal muy amable. Sin embargo no volvería a alojarme porque el personal apenas habla inglés por lo que la comunicación, para cualquier cuestión es difícil. El desayuno tiene un horario muy poco operativo (9-12) si quieres empezar temprano la jornada. Nunca había estado en un hotel en el que empezara tan tarde. El baño abierto, con el wc sin ningún tipo de separación hace que la intimidad sea muy reducida, aún yendo en pareja

Otele giriş anından itibaren misafirperverlik ve ilgi görüyorsunuz. Odalar geniş, ferah ve temiz. Kaya içinde kurulmuş odada rahat ediyorsunuz. Otelin kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Keyifli bir şekilde Ürgüp manzarasına karşı yiyorsunuz. Otel konum olarak Ürgüp merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde olması da önemli bir özellik.

En güzel konumda çarşı merkeze yürüme mesafesidedir. Kahvaltısı çok güzel terasta çeçiti bol lezzetli dogal ürünler el yapımı recelleri harika. Konsepti harika odaların dizaynı çok güzel ve geniş ferahtır. Capadokyadanın gözde. Tafaiye ederim kesinlikle.

The hotel has a unique private atmosphere - the owners and staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is really relaxing. The rooms are all brilliant and outside it is as if you continue being in a room / hotel but it is outdoor. It was a unique time we had there. The breakfast is also huge and of best quality!
