気球に乗るために観光としてカッパドキアに来ました。こちらのホテルはフロントやレストランのスタッフ全ての人が親切でとても気持ちの良い滞在になりました。部屋は洞窟で暖かくバスタブの湯温もちょうど良く快適です。ギョレメ地区に行くためのタクシーや空港送迎バスの予約も快くしていただきとても助かりました。ありがとうございます。

My family had a fantastic stay at Solem Cave Suites. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. As a smaller property, the hotel provides a more intimate and personalized experience for its guests. The staff at the reception were especially helpful and knowledgeable. They not only helped us settle in to our rooms, but they also gave us lots of recommendations to help make our time in Cappadocia as memorable as possible. Food at the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and modern. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Room is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and Zehra is helpful and passionate. She introduces us the traditional Turkish breakfast.

I am so happy with the great service from Zehra whom is the staff from Solem Cave suite when we were at Cappadocia for holiday . We were having our meal at the restaurant. She is very friendly and her great hospitality make our vacation stay at the hotel very welcome. and she is helpful with out ordering and offer us coffee as a treat. Thank You Zehra and nice to meet you.

Very nice place to stay in with great rooms and views around. Great experience to stay in this cave hotel with all the amendities in place. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Ms Zahra from the restaurant is a very friendly and warm person , extending great hospitality to us which we will always remember her for her great service. :-) Including the boss at the restaurant who has given us a momento to bring back as gift :-) thanks so much. Great place for a romantic getaway
We had an amazing time!!! The hotel is perfectly located with a fab romantic view. The rooms are spacious with modern fittings. Great shower pressure. Matteress was a bit firm, but they gave us extra blanket to use a mattress pad. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile when we left an item with our tour guide. The breakfast was delicious and regular menu items were fairly priced and tasty. So glad we booked this hotel

Beautiful hotel with great service
Gorgeous hotel with great service from all staff.
Great dining experience with dinner and daily breakfast.
Short walk to centre of Urgup although it is a steep walk back up the hill.
Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
If you are looking for a hotel with balloon views though we could only see them from a distance and depends on wind direction.
