Excellent personable hospitality in a beautiful environment The complimentary breakfast was delicious and our hostess/ manger Rana was helpful and very available We loved the personal care they gave us The dinner was excellent too in beautiful surroundings. We truly enjoyed it here. Highly recommend it

Muy buena ubicación, excelente instalaciones. La gente siempre atenta y dispuesta a solucionarte necesidades Excelente la atención de Oscan en Front desk y de Ercan Cheff en el Resto . La comida cinco tenedores y los postres de masa filo y pistacho imperdibles. Felicitaciones, no tiene nada que envidiarle a un cinco estrellas de Estambul!

La estadía fue óptima. La atención de todo el staff, excelente. Orzan y compañeros de recepción atendieron todas nuestras necesidades con la mejor actitud y predisposición. La gastronomía del restaurant a cargo de Ercan, muy buena, ademas de la excelente atención y cordialidad.

We had a really lovely short stay here. Our cave room was spacious and beautifully decorated and very clean. Room Was quiet and bed comfortable Breakfast included was delicious and very generous! The staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted with our luggage as there are a few stairs. The location was also great and reception can organise any trip you like. A short walk takes you into the town centre with plenty of other restaurants, cafes shops etc. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I do hope to return.

Vita della Cappadocia "slow" ...come anticipato sin da subito dalla ragazza della reception. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Stanza (suite) molto spaziosa e silenziosa; bagno gigante comprensivo di doccia adibita anche all'uso di bagno turco. Abbiamo consumato una cena presso l'hotel ed è stata molto buona oltre ad averla accompagnata da un paesaggio particolare. Vengono gentilmente forniti scialli per le serate fresche trascorse nei tavoli esterni. Colazione abbondante (comprensiva di patatine fritte/pane fritto, marmellatine, nutella, frutta, verdura, omelette/uova sbattute,) portata al tavolo dal personale; gestione autonoma dell'ospite per le bevande. Parcheggio fornito dalla struttura (di cui non abbiamo usufruito poiché a poca distanza è presente un parcheggio pubblico gratuito). Piacevole esperienza presso questa struttura, assolutamente consigliata!
