很有藝術氣息的民宿，大堂、房間、餐廳、泳池、遊戲室每一個角落都充滿了設計感。寵物友好，網紅狗狗—巨貴肉包，還有一堆淡定的肥喵，不僅是娃們的最愛，還吸引了很多漂亮的毛孩子前來入住，愛寵人士在這玩上一天都不會無聊。
服務業非常到位，管家川川很早就跟我們聯繫需求，考慮到我們帶倆娃還貼心升級了雙床房，告訴我們民宿的各種電影、活動。夏天再來試一試漂亮的泳池。

環境超級棒哦！有超大的草坪和無邊鏡面泳池！小朋友在草坪上盡情撒歡兒！酒店有一衹特殊“店員”肉包，每天都在前台迎客，超級温順；還有四衹白色的小貓，超級漂亮！管家娟娟超級nice，一直在幫忙解決問題，臨走還送了寶寶小禮物！怎麼會有如此nice的小姐姐！對了，房間很大哦，而且落地窗很漂亮，隔音特別好！！下次還會去住噠！

在芝麻谷酒店度過了非常愉快的端午假期
傾盆大雨，讓時光慢下來去體驗這裏
與其説這裡是酒店，我認為更像一座藝術中心
色彩搭配、物件擺設都用盡心思
把美學展現的淋漓盡致
每一處都有驚喜
老公和婆婆作為攝影愛好者直呼太好拍太出片啦
還有乖巧的肉包🐶和五衹貓貓
.給孩子增添了很多樂趣歡樂
特別要感謝管家川川周到細心熱心的服務
每一位工作人員都很熱情 無微不至
酒店不論是室內室外的格局佈置、活動安排、還是餐飲點心都很棒

這是一家充滿藝術魅力的酒店，硬件環境很棒，而且還配有泳池，影院，設施可謂是一應俱全，户外大草坪、大堂隱藏在綠植環繞中、房間超大、設計感滿溢，服務上也是非常好，每一個服務人員都是對大家笑臉相迎會主動打招呼、主動介紹酒店的各種功能，主動幫拿行李，我們的管家川川服務非常到位，對我們的每一個問題也都非常有耐心的去解答，並且我們在端午假期去的時候店裡有活動，會帶着大家一起做一些小東西比如香包之類的。 缺點：一、餐飲不滿意，早餐是份餐（還可以），午、晚餐都是套餐沒有單點的菜，選擇比較少，二、淋浴間花灑衹有大蓬頭沒有手持花灑，不想洗澡衹想洗腳和洗下身的很麻煩，希望能安裝手持花灑方便客人的不同需求。

房間非常大，目測100+平，裝修風格很有氛圍感，我們入住了抹茶和紅兩個不同風格的大床房，管家娟娟服務體貼用心周到，比如提前放好浴缸的水，送雨傘到房間，提醒用餐和預訂晚餐等，在莫干山民宿有這樣的服務是意外之喜。因為下雨沒能在酒店好好轉轉實屬遺憾，值得再次來入住。

房間非常寬敞，床超解壓，大人孩子都很喜歡。環境絕了，下了大雨雖然不能坐在椅子上欣賞山景，但説霧繚繞也是不得多得的驚喜。特別表揚一下管家小玉，服務貼心周到，孩子想吃香瓜但我們沒帶水果刀，問管家借水果刀結果管家幫我們切好了送到房間，太細心了！會推薦給每一個想到莫干山旅遊的朋友
