設施：衞生間偏小，洗漱一人空間，沒有淋浴，易滑，浴缸要用浴簾。房間牆面斑駁，並不是圖上的木紋感，就是…牆。偏暗，在昏暗的野奢風裡，它是偏暗的一款。空調出風口在地面，屋頂很高，調控效果一般。房間濕度大，床品是薄款。入户的路是石頭路，老年人和行動不便的謹慎選擇。
