種草已久特地想帶家裡狗子去拔草，沒想到趕上下雨天…本來想取消但是想想雨天也別有風趣就如約出行了…結果出發前兩天看到攜程同一個房型降價了，想聯繫酒店取消重定，被攜程告知必須先下單才能取消？這個感受挺差的其實，不信任顧客？個人致電酒店後提出，我不取消訂單，能否到店後按照降價後的價格付款，表示不行，因為後台是跟攜程綁定的？所以一切不方便都要顧客自己承擔操作，有一種傲慢感
説回酒店本身：
整個裸心谷環境確實很好，在山裡，空氣清新，尤其雨後，鳥叫蟲鳴，適合療養，定的山頂夯土小屋，並沒有覺得非常高，房間也不能算很大，設施還OK，帶了狗子的還準備了狗窩，不過寵物餐需要另外付款，有給狗子準備名牌，這點好評
從酒店大堂到房間要坐接駁車，可以小程序叫，整個服務鏈做的挺好的，已經很完善
酒店的中餐廳田舍菜式一般且貴…性價比不高，下雨懶得出去了，不然肯定不在酒店就餐…不過早餐好評，品種多，確實非常farm to table
店內活動確實蠻多的，不過我覺得沒達到預期，比如陶藝其實燒製還是要收費的，射箭的設施有點舊
酒店有一衹叫串串的狗子，可以叫它莊園主！非常可愛還鬆弛！吃完早餐準備回房間，它居然跟過來選中了我，和我們一起接駁車，哈哈哈哈把它帶回房間玩了一會兒～和嘟嘟認識了一下，工作人員説沒事，它自己等會兒會回大堂，熟門熟路的～本次行程最大的亮點😂
走之前去裸心堡參觀了下，可以自駕過去也方便，山頂風景更好
