I booked a group ticket last year, but I only had time this year. My family and friends booked three rooms together. Before checking in, the beautiful girl Chunchun reminded me of the check-in matters and the waypoints to add in the navigation, and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the hotel, the handsome Jiang Jinhui warmly welcomed me and gave me a detailed introduction. The goldfish mother recommended to us tasted good, which made me fall in love with bamboo leaf tea! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to the recommended tea selling place. I will go there to buy white tea and bamboo leaf tea when I have time. The hotel upgraded us to three rooms on the 3rd floor of the villa. The view of the terrace in the room is very good. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed. We went to climb the mountain first, but we were too tired to get up and the sun was already high! Next time you have time to come to Moganshan for leisure, Tianlai Dream should be the first choice!

Very satisfied with the accommodation experience. The WeChat communication in advance and the service after arrival were very thoughtful and meticulous. Chunchun was specially praised. She upgraded our room to the upper floor of the General Building, which is a building with a history of nearly 100 years. The view outside the balcony window is very good. I saw the sunset and sunrise! There are also rolling mountains and the lake in the distance! The room is very warm, with air conditioning and floor heating.

Overall, it's very good. 1. From customer service Chunchun to each front desk, the reception is very attentive. My wallet was also taken and kept for me and returned to the original owner. 2. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still the best in the scenic area. 3. The view from the room is unbeatable.

物超所值，去前一天前台andy楊小姐就聯繫我加了微信，提前告知路線和注意事項，到了還免費幫我升級套房，check in後還幫我們拿行李送到樓下，進房間眼前一亮風景很好對面就是裸心堡，房間陽台還能看日出，風景很美，還有江經理在我媽媽自己不小心受傷後及時給予幫助，有賓至如歸的感覺，感謝 下次還會再來天籟之夢
