端午節期間入住的，雖然下雨了，但還是有別樣的風味，酒店周圍很安靜，房間也很大，我們沒有趕行程，下雨的時候在陽台聽聽雨，酒店其實很大，不下雨可以逛逛，我們裏面都沒有去，有機會還會來的。

陪父親出來小住兩日，定了這家莫幹溪谷度假村，前台小姐姐很細緻的幫我們辦理好了入住。房間空間很大，特別喜歡大大的陽台，遠處風景一覽無餘，被套也挺乾爽的，餐廳食材新鮮，價格實惠，還根據自己口味要求做了一些調整，服務滿意度再加一分。第二天吃了早餐還溜溜達達去看了一畝田的田園風光，拍了個小視頻留作紀念，離開時還意外收穫了一枚自助的中葯香囊，完美（≧ｗ≦），有機會會再來

養寵人的度假天堂了，五一帶着毛孩子來莫幹溪谷度假酒店太驚喜了！房間乾淨舒適，公區綠化草坪很多，毛孩子在草地上撒歡的樣子超治癒～酒店自帶的餐廳超出預期了，和朋友連吃兩頓，小龍蝦都很肥美，下次度假還選這裏！

五一和家人來到莫幹溪谷酒店，酒店環境好，四面環山，小孩子可以寫作業，累了到木樂園去挑戰，還能看看水稻，看看無人機灑農葯，聽聽青蛙的叫聲，滿天的星星，不錯的體驗。

酒店環境整體不錯，在田園間，空氣挺好的。早上還能坐小火車在田間穿梭看風景。木樂園也不錯，小朋友玩的很開心，適合大一點的孩子。還有手工活動（風箏和草帽二選一）。晚上很安靜，酒店早餐也挺豐盛的。總之是一次不錯的體驗。

不得不説的酒店吐槽點：
1、價格很貴
2、一樓陽台外就是小叢林，夏天易招蚊子，晚上還有不知名的鳥叫
3、陽台外的小躺椅比較臟，衞生間門一關會有一股怪味兒
4、床頭燈還是壞的
5、酒店自帶的餐廳價格偏貴
6、隔音效果差：大清早就能聽到樓上走來走去的腳步聲

酒店別墅所在的別墅區很大，綠化很好！空氣也非常清新！別墅房間很乾凈，基本設施都很齊全。家庭親子，朋友聚會且自駕遊是很適合房型。酒店管家響應很快，處理問題也十分及時！稻香餐廳的飯菜做的很好吃😋酒店到周邊的景區上渚山奇幻谷，下渚湖國家濕地公園，庾村等景點，自駕都在20-30分鐘左右，也是挺方便的！

馬桶是不穩古的，也不維修，電話是打不了的，冰箱是壞的，主要是服務態度真的很差很差，而且頂的明明2點退房，還在睡覺就直接用手機打電話催退房，態度很差，我説了我定的是2點退的，還不聽我説把電話給另外一個工作人員態度很差讓我退房，我説2點的定的，還叫我能不能早點退，然後打車打不到，讓幫我叫下車，有個男的工作人員理都不理直接走掉了，前台也衹是給了一個電話讓我們打，我們説打不通，也不管我們，我説幫忙叫下，費用會給，也不幫我們打，兩個人在前台聊天，一點都不管客户，總體體驗感住到現在最差的一家酒店，沒有之一
