設施：主卧的熱水管道有問題，主卧出不了熱水，晚上和早上都洗澡困難，早上也不能洗漱，打了三四個電話管家都不接，晚上打電話也不接，有熱水問題就很離譜，有問題反映速度還很慢，這樣的民宿你敢住嗎。空調一開始給我開的製冷，山裡十度給我開的製冷。房間的裝修很簡陋，留下客廳都比房間好一些，早上百葉窗窗簾基本不隔光，早上七點就會被陽光亮瞎眼，度假根本睡不了懶覺。
出來遊玩最重要的是睡覺和洗澡吧，他們家都滿足不了這兩個基本需求。
衞生：很差，我的房間牆上有類似蟑螂的蟲子趴在頂上。
環境：別墅區周邊啥也沒有，買個東西需要開車15分鐘。小區裏電動車充電非常不方便，開電動車千萬不能選擇他們家。
服務：沒有服務，十次有八次失聯。答應送的甜湯眼罩全部沒有。
早餐非常簡陋。
非常失望的一個民宿，不推薦任何形式的入住。

雨天的莫干山才是正確打開方式吧！ 睡到自然醒的鬆弛。想出門踩踩雨就溜達，溜達累了就回民宿窩着[哇]
（這裏真的很適合度假，不用出門趕景點，就這麼賴着：一本書、一杯暖飲，窗外雨絲飄落，滴答聲配着橘子甜香，連空氣都裹着鬆弛感，美得讓人不想挪窩，沒有行程焦慮，衹有慢到骨子裡的愜意，這才是旅行該有的樣子！誰懂啊～）
來的時候還有點擔心房間衞生，因為看大家的點評都沒有拍房間裏的床，等我到了以後瞬間明白了為什麼，比起公共區，床真的是不值一提，所以我也沒有拍床,不是床不好，而是其他地方太優秀

好朋友過生日包了這棟湖邊的民宿，民宿開放了泳池和泡池的區域，也非常適合小朋友們玩水。節假日可能還會有水上飛人和打鐵花的活動，湖邊觀景一級棒！超級棒的體驗呢！

酒店品質非常好，一點都不網紅，太喜歡了。照片上看不出來，實際走進房間，各種細節給人超出預期的愉悦。傢俱、床頭板是很有質感的實木，衞浴都是歐洲高檔品牌。訂的浴缸房，空間很大。服務也很好。

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，床品舒適，推門見湖。管家很好，給了很多遊玩建議，小孩子在一樓休閑區玩得也很盡興。尤其是離漂流很近，結束後直接回酒店換洗，非常方便

房間被子超鬆軟舒服，小姐姐很貼心，都提前開好了空調，還推薦了附近好玩好吃的。漂流票通過民宿團購更划算。每次出去還會提供礦泉水，服務真的很到位了
