房間除了小了點外，都還行，挺乾淨的。設施不新但乾淨清爽。沒有網評説的黴味。另外還給我朋友那間升級成了套房，好大好好。反正好評。他家白雲咖啡確實好喝。我們房間前面還有個小院子，好舒服。靠着蘆花盪公園，大自然太舒適了，空氣超好。日出也看了。下次有機會再來避暑。我們吃飯是去山下吃的。味道不錯

前台服務周到，幫助拿行李，協調雪天接送車輛問題，她們服務態度很好很熱情。房間乾淨整潔温暖，窗外景色很好。距離莫干山景點不行很近很方便，酒店早餐晚餐都很豐富。

這次訂的豪華標間感覺還是挺好的，暖氣是提前開啟的，進屋就是暖暖的感覺。車子可以停在飯店門口，行李有服務人員幫忙拿的，房間很乾凈，也挺大的，特別是衞生間足足有10個平米，喜歡小別墅的感覺很復古，窗外景色一般，看不見裸心堡，山頂的住宿，空氣還是不錯的，早餐比想象中的好，過年玩的人還是挺多的，服務人員的態度都很好。
