房間還不錯，訂了個主樓湖景房，隔音不算很好，晚上隔壁10點多的聲音還是能聽見。週日12點到的時候還沒有房間，但是留了電話很快有了。管家一言不錯的，服務周到，什麼問題問一下都能解決。套餐送的屹奇旅拍很負責，照片拍的也不錯，攝影師蘇蘇和小朋友聊的不錯。是一次滿意的親子遊玩。就是户外卡丁車玩起來太費時間了。

趕在寒假前帶小朋友體驗了下心心念唸的莫幹山開元森泊的一站式度假體驗，人不多，遊樂項目排隊時間也不長，各個景區之間有接駁車很方便，小朋友很喜歡。度假管家小陳很用心，出發前提前告知一些注意事項，入住期間服務很貼心，必須好評👍

房間全屋雙層玻璃，冬天入住夜間絲毫不冷，甚至半夜覺得空調太熱調冷了一些。整個園區環境非常好，所有的員工小哥哥小姐姐們態度超級好，看到小朋友主動打招呼聊天，接駁車隨叫隨到，雖説10-15分鐘到，但每次都是2-3分鐘就到了。酒店中餐廳吃了三頓不踩雷。早飯選擇非常非常多，中式地道、西式營養，還有大型魚缸！
酒店衞生情況也非常到位，公共部分的廁所還有廁所蓋清洗液，非常人性化！
特別驚喜的是酒店安排的管家服務，管家雨露在整個入住期間隨時聯繫安排所有事宜，很多事情我還沒聯繫雨露，雨露就先聯繫我詢問是否要安排了。
