難得趁着假期來到了期待已久的莫幹山度週末，雖然不是當地景色最美的時候，但是山裡的寧靜和清新的空氣仍然讓心情非常美好。入住的酒店非常滿意，飲食沒有之前點評上看到的那麼差勁，感覺是當地特色的食材給挽回了不少分。酒店服務也很滿意，管家小喻很熱情，服務響應非常及時，非常滿意。大草坪上踢球很過癮，卡丁車活動孩子也很喜歡

I chose this hotel specifically because of the name Zhao Lusi. The hotel environment is very good and it is convenient to travel. The shuttle bus will arrive in a few minutes with just a phone call. However, compared with other resort hotels of the same level, the service is still a little lacking. First of all, I contacted the hotel the day before check-in and wanted the housekeeper to add a contact number, but there was no response until I was about to arrive at the hotel the next day. I contacted the front desk again to verify and they said that my WeChat could not add friends. I said that I could add them, and they said that the contact information was remembered incorrectly. Although it was a small matter, the housekeeper also arranged it properly later, but if the phone number is wrong, doesn’t the front desk have the obligation to verify it again? Other hotels have housekeepers that are contacted in advance. Secondly, as for the tea in the room, I was only informed in advance that the food and drinks in the refrigerator were free for the first time, but I ran out of tea on the second day. After asking, I found out that it was also free for the first time. I can understand that the mini bar refrigerator is free for the first time, but I don’t understand why the canned tea is charged for the second day. It is not cost-effective for guests staying for two nights in a row, and they have to drink tea sparingly. Finally, the food is good overall, the breakfast is ok, but the quality of the steak is a bit too average. The set meal says 600 grams of tomahawk, but the actual amount is as shown in the picture, and it was promised to be five points, but it was delivered at least seven points, with a bit of meaty smell. No wonder many guests on a certain book don’t like it, but the scenery is really good, and the sofa on the balcony of the room is also very comfortable. It would be great value if the service was better!
