這次西坡莫幹山的入住體驗遠超預期！從抵達時的貼心接待，到全程細緻入微的服務，每一個細節都讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。民宿環境絕美，隱於山野卻充滿設計感，房間乾淨舒適，窗外的竹林和山景彷彿一幅畫，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒的感覺太治癒了～
特別感謝管家小潘！從入住前的路線提醒，到每日早餐的暖心安排，甚至幫我們規劃了周邊徒步和活動，全程耐心又周到，連小朋友的需求都照顧得無微不至。她的笑容和熱情真的為旅程加分不少！

西坡這個民宿品牌很久之前就知道。這次趁着假期，帶家人來一起體驗。結果非常驚艷，立馬預訂了端午假期的江山西坡，準備去打卡。莫幹山西坡的位置不錯，離景點不遠。客房服務由管家小潘提供，把我們一家都照顧得很好。客房設計感很棒，有機會再來。民宿的晚餐都要提前預訂，價格有點高，但是絕對物有所值，白切雞完美！

這次的住宿經驗相當愉快。酒店的環境復古有品位！最讓我滿意的是酒店的服務，無論是前台接待清潔人員，做飯阿姨，特別是管家！我們的管家佳雯小姐姐充分照顧我們一行人中的孕婦，給到防滑墊，沒有酒釀的小圓子，全熟的荷包蛋等等！都展現了高度的專業態度，讓我感覺到非常被重視。下次帶上寶寶還來！

The B&B room was more comfortable than expected. The red wine glasses and corkscrews we needed were prepared for us in advance. In particular, the butler Xiao Chen was very helpful, helping us with our luggage, ordering meals, and suggesting hiking routes. He was always responsive to our requests, which made our little vacation more enjoyable. Relaxing and comfortable! The chicken soup is also very thick.
