這套餐很划算，但服務一點沒打折，尤其是管家服務，到底是江浙度假酒店天花板，三天待在裏面沒出去，活動非常豐富，正好我生日，還給準備了生日蛋糕，佈置了房間，訂房一定要住崖景房！view太好了！

特惠活動入住的裸心堡田園小居，整體完全保持了原價的水準，服務真的很好，裸心堡來回都是靠接駁車，小程序很方便，也不用等很久，房間乾淨衞生，環境清幽，入住前一天，管家加了微信，介紹了周邊的景點、餐飲，入住之後也是有求必應。酒店內活動也是非常豐富，我們體驗了射箭、植物拓印、城堡探尋、松果DIY，還有專門的小童樂園，非常適合家庭出遊。

設施：設備配的很齊全，小程序也很方便，可以像滴滴一樣打接駁車，還可以看每天的活動以及mini bar的收費標準
環境：城堡很美，草坪很出片，無邊泳池絕美
服務：
管家Zane服務很到位，事事有迴應；
陶藝師路思很耐心，很熱情指導小朋友，服務很好；
Thomas會幫忙抓拍小朋友在泳池的照片，也會幫忙拿航拍拍攝，很有耐心，拍的也很棒！

服務真的很好，裸心堡裏來回都是靠接駁車接送，基本都不會等很久。入住前一天，管家小楊加了微信，介紹了一下週邊的景點餐飲等，入住之後也是有求必應。酒店內活動也是非常豐富，非常適合家庭出遊。感覺這次入住兩個晚上太少了，應該會過來二刷。另外早餐的味道很好，西餐廳的自製晚餐相對而言，性價比不高味道也一般。

總體來説還是很不錯的，畢竟在山上，有些地方看着有些年代感，但是服務很不錯，酒店的景點地方也很好，店裡的吃的也很不錯，價格略貴但考慮是在山頂，應該能接受。

酒店乾淨整潔，工作人員很熱情。有什麼事情都可以找管家，都會想辦法幫你解決。
可以參加酒店的各種活動，真的很有意思。
參加了陶藝活動，Abby老師非常熱心的介紹了工藝製作流程，並細心幫忙修繕了細節，真的非常認真到位。
蠟燭製作也很不錯，自己動手調配自己喜歡的顏色樣式。
離店的時候還貼心的送了伴手禮，真的很棒。

酒店整體服務很好，炮台樓的中餐廳味道很不錯，符合五星級酒店水準。這次住的是崖景景觀房，從山下往上看的確很壯觀。酒店各種貼心標識有一點迪士尼的感覺。酒店推出了很多種活動，能在酒店裡待一天也不會無聊。唯一不是很滿意的是房間馬桶抽水有點問題，牆上插座不牢總是掉。週末來山間放鬆很舒服。
