裸心堡坐落在莫干山山頂，周圍被茂密的森林和竹海環繞，環境十分寧靜，空氣清新，給人一種彷彿置身於世外桃源的感覺。無論是房間內的景觀，還是在户外散步時所見的景色，都極具自然之美。 管家服務態度熱情周到，入住前就會提前聯繫做準備。從入住時的迎接、行李搬運，到住宿期間的各種需求，管家小陳都能及時響應並提供幫助。因為住的是崖頂房，再加上趕上下雨，晚上想喝酒懶得去城堡得酒吧，管家還冒雨給送了過來。 裸心味餐廳是270度的落地窗設計，在用餐時可以欣賞到壯麗的山景，用餐體驗非常棒。 裸心堡會根據季節和節日舉辦各種特色活動，這回參加了陶藝，射箭等活動，比較適合帶孩子來一起玩兒。

全天店內精彩活動暢玩（根據季節和天氣更新活動）:活動內容豐富，手工香牌活動老師很有耐心，其他活動小朋友也都能參與進來。酒店景色無敵，伴着莫干山壯闊的羣山吃着早飯真的是享受。一次不錯的體驗。

From the moment you step into the castle, you will be healed by the fairy-tale beauty, and every corner is full of surprises✨. What surprised me the most was the parent-child activities that were rich beyond imagination. The children had a lot of fun all day long. The Dragon Boat Festival special activities such as handmade sachets and rice dumplings were full of ritual. The traditional cultural experience was interesting and meaningful. Even I couldn't help but join in~ We have to give a lot of praise to our housekeeper Xiao Yang! The hotel provides considerate service from check-in to check-out. Not only do they patiently answer various questions, but they also take the initiative to help plan parent-child itineraries. The room is warm and comfortable, with green mountains and fields visible from the window. It feels so pleasant to wake up in the morning to the sound of birds singing. 我們去的時候是淡季，房子沒有住滿，本來訂的是田園小居，管家主動給免費升級成了崖景房。房子環境特別棒面積也很大。帶一個陽台，出去可以看到外面的風景。早餐位置也是在城堡裏，可以邊用餐邊欣賞風景，餐食種類也比較豐盛。第二天退房後還去了裏面的無邊泳池游泳，非常出片。在城堡裏不管去到哪裡都可以跟管家聯繫派車，推薦管家文潔，服務非常好，有什麼問題都可以第一時間給我回復，派車也很快。整體來説體驗特別好，如果有機會還會來這裏住！
