The concept of tent hotels, including their location, service, and staff kindness, is excellent. The cleanliness of commonly used amenities and customer friendliness would be exceptional if the hotel were primarily booked by individuals with a Japanese mindset.

一到店就有工作人員安排行李，進入園區彷彿置身於宮崎駿漫畫，真的太好看了，帳篷裏面很乾凈，園區驅蟲做得很好，沒有被蚊蟲叮咬，工作人員服務態度也很好。烤肉和火鍋食材很新鮮，蛋餃都是現包的，中式早餐很適合我們親子游，油條好好吃。看日落、看日出都是絕美～孩子好喜歡這裏，朋友都説要來玩。

夏天去白天還是很炙熱，但早晚還是很可以的，入住體驗尚可，房間的氣墊床不是很舒服-搖晃，其他兩個床很贊，房間被子都很乾燥，空調很涼爽，原本擔心的蚊子房間內確實也沒有，外面的蚊子沒有那麼厲害；洗澡間很贊，乾淨格局安排也合理；我們還看到了美麗的日出，超開心。但有幾個小建議：1.浴室洗漱台前麪可以考慮搞點掛鈎，不然洗漱包都不知道放哪裡；2.我們被安排的帳篷路上是碎石路，有點難受的，如果能搞成水泥路更好；3.日出觀景點問服務人員沒有給很好的建議，建議在外邊看，其實在酒店內有個高處看也蠻好的，但沒有任何標記，早上好多人不知道去哪看日出，都在找觀景點；4.泳池沒有維護，孩子嫌水臟裏面還有樹葉啥的也沒下去玩；5.環境還是不錯的，其實週末夜晚也可以考慮搞點音樂活動啥的氛圍和參與感更好。（當然室內有放電影）

景色不錯，衞生太差。20號帳篷外面發黴嚴重，住在裏面影響心情。公共洗澡衞生間，晚上無人打掃，早上一片狼藉，捏着鼻子用！

帳篷離衞生間有點遠，對女士不是很方便。我們家住的帳篷可能位置好，半夜和大早上有很多人爬到我們家帳篷邊上看景色，有點吵，也有點嚇人。帶孩子的或者睡眠淺的可能會影響。建議可以考慮在上樓梯那裝個簡單的門或者柵欄，休息時間段可以臨時關一關。剩下的話山裡景色很好，温度很涼爽，帳篷裏反而比外面熱。服務挺好的，物價也不貴。

一直對公用浴室有偏見，但是這裏真的很乾凈並且用品齊全，帳篷內也很乾凈舒適，最關鍵的是服務很好基本是有求必應的，明年還會來也會推薦給朋友
