莫干山好地方，非常幽靜，酒店服務也很到位，尤其是前台小朱，對客户有求必應，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，贈送的徒步也基本上把景區走變了。酒店餐廳也很棒，無論是早餐還是正餐，值得嘗試。總體評價非常好。

全家出行，預訂了將軍樓的一層三間房，特別滿意這次的行程。去主樓吃早餐以及去中心位置吃別家餐館，都能做到車接車送。從預訂到離店，員工們都很熱情，對我們照顧精心。特別感謝Coco和Mars兩位，幹練爽快。房子的風景也很美，一樓的公用餐桌和客廳很舒服。這次的體驗很特別，能同時享受到Airbnb的獨立和私隱，又能兼顧到中式服務的周到。

房間風景非常棒，看遠處的裸心谷城堡，看層層疊疊的遠山，看日出都是最佳點，酒店內去主席下榻處方便很近；服務特別是前台接待小姚小夥子，熱情貼心，非常好；房間設施略顯陳舊，陽台上的鐵桌椅坐着不舒服，但陽台上圓形大浴缸還不錯；餐廳還不錯，中午單點餐竹筍現去後山挖的，餐廳負責的小夥子很熱情。

環境非常不錯，因為不是旅遊旺季，酒店還特地給升級了房間，正是看日出的好位置，視野非常好，早上可以躺着看到對面裸心堡的日出，還有可以看到莫干山的大浴缸。
酒店管家非常貼心，因為到酒店的時候已經晚了，接駁車已經休息了，我自己在山上逛，管家還特地詢問了是否爬累了需要派人過來接我，而且因為是特地過來過生日的，沒有提前特別明説，酒店這邊還很貼心準備了長壽麪，感到非常舒心，晚飯點了小炒筍乾和燒賣，口感還不錯。
嗯有任何問題都可以問管家。不過在第二天的時候發生了一點小意外，有扇門可以上去打卡，裏面可以刷卡進，但是外面回來刷卡不是很靈敏，詢問之後等工作人員過來等的有點久，酒店表示抱歉後還特地送了小禮品。
總而言之還是非常表揚這家的服務和環境的，這次生日是個難忘的回憶。

由於當天別墅沒其他客人住，酒店安排了主樓的堡景房。
優點：有神奇的力量讓酒店晚上和白天都很好睡。房間的水質很好。
缺點：早餐的口味有待改進，另外餐具不是很乾凈。
服務：員工都很真誠。
白天8：00-17：00自駕景區需要繞路多開10公里，這條路很漂亮，值得開。
正餐有道菜是椒鹽桑葉，試試看蠶寶寶的食物，但蠶寶寶吃的沒有那麼鹹。
