215別墅是獨立的，乾淨且安靜，去主樓不遠，管家可以安排酒店車接送，山上的兩天恰逢颱風着陸，深度體驗了莫干山風雲驟變的奇幻景色，雨刷後的翠綠和空氣格外清新。感謝酒店在風雨天給予的暖心幫助，感謝前台的春春和各位美女。

莫干山景區門票（提前報備車牌，可開車到酒店）:酒店，位置好。服務態度好，我訂的𡋾墅房一個人旅行，到了酒店，經理艾伯：主動介紹免費升級這個景光浴缸大床房，艾伯經理很細緻入微周到，店裡員工微笑服務，前台的Maggie：Tim，服務的很貼心，讓我這次入宿，很滿意，下次還住這店。謝謝店裡工作人員的熱情照顧。十分感謝。生意興隆。

入住415號別墅，位置好，有單獨的庭院，設施齊全，院內的餐廳有落地窗，景色特別好，非常適合一大家人或朋友一起休假。

因為個人原因要換房間酒店有房間就給換了 非常感謝。感謝小小 小劉 兩位前台小姐姐熱情解答問題。窗外景色很美。但是送客房飲料的時候用的黑色垃圾袋裝的飲料，水果盤都放在房間門口地上，一個個房間敲門送的，個人感覺有一點點違和感，和酒店的高大上氣質不符合呀！如果換種方式我想客人體驗感應該會更好。

天籟之夢日出度假酒店地理位置特別方便，出酒店二樓玻璃門，台階往上，就是景區景觀巴士的車站，毛主席下榻處的別墅也近在咫尺。
酒店前台幾位美女非常熱情，我是從上海自駕到酒店，電話和微信中，前台美女為我詳細説明瞭導航的關鍵途徑點，所以一路順利。
前台領班路先生給我升級了豪華房，景觀特贊，躺床上也能觀日出美景。
酒店衞生做得好，保潔阿姨每日打掃整理房間到位，還每天給我們多放了好幾瓶飲用水。
酒店早餐雖然品種不多，但還是上檔次，餐廳領班和服務員都友情待客。
我們有兩天的午餐和晚餐是在酒店餐廳點菜就餐，色香味都蠻好，價格也不是很貴。
以後再遊莫干山，會再次網上預訂天籟之夢日出度假酒店。
