陽台風景如宣傳可以一覽莫幹山的全景，即使陰天0早上也第一次看到了瞬間轉逝的日出，還是很放鬆的體驗和感受。設施方面再加強一些，另外我們是晚上九點到的九點上山，沒有帶任何吃的，酒店餐廳也下班了，也沒有人告訴我們哪裡可以買點吃的零食。還好最後餐廳廚師還沒有最後下班給做了一晚麪送到房間來量很大夠我和老公兩個人吃的，餓的時候也覺得很好吃。不然當天晚上真要餓肚子了。建議管家可以提醒一下如果是很晚才到入住的客人自己提前準備點吃的避免出現我們這次到達的情況。

在莫幹山眾多民宿中選擇了這家天籟之夢，主要看中了絕佳的位置和無敵窗景。管家在我入住前主動添加微信，解決了我關於當地交通和到店的各種疑問，反饋及時。由於不是自駕出行，在蔭山街遊玩後拜託酒店開車來接，管家也及時響應，非常方便。房間很温暖，除了電視屏幕較小以外感受不到酒店歲月的痕跡，毛巾舒服，洗護用品味道好聞。浴缸外的山景非常美，可惜白天沒有時間來泡。房間窗外正好有紅葉，還能看到對面的裸心堡，露台更是直麪廣闊的自然，春夏秋感覺可以在這裏無限發呆。從房間到主樓的連廊外也是無敵美景。早餐豐富，餛飩非常好吃，其他味道不出色。徒步活動老少咸宜，不累又能得到很多關於莫幹山各個歷史建築的知識。唯一的遺憾是入住當晚風大，陽台門被風吹得咣噹咣噹一直響，後來戴了耳塞睡著了，反饋給管家後管家表示會讓師傅來修。總體是一次滿意的入住體驗。

酒店服務很貼切，有應必答。住了邊樓的套房，私密性和靜怡性很高。陽台上的鞦韆椅和臨窗大圓浴缸是套房亮點。酒店公共大陽台有很好能對望裸心堡的view。早餐中西都有，算豐富。另，停車需要點車技。
