住過君悦和錦龍國際覺得靠馬路有車流聲，雖然沒有太大影響，也是想有更好的睡眠體驗，所以訂這裏看位置是在湖中間比較安靜，然而噩夢才剛剛開始！住的是主樓隔壁就是一間音樂餐吧，晚上開始低音炮功放開始震樓，這不是單純的噪音，而是整個房間都在隨着音樂在震動，比噪音還要更難受的，根本讓人睡不着覺。12點左右告知客服，説讓保安降低一下音量，並沒有實際的效果，要求換個安靜房間説已經滿房了（因為是過年也能理解），實在沒辦法想着忍忍算了，看到營業時間到凌晨2點，然而音樂餐吧的實際營業時間是到凌晨3點的，別問我為什麼知道，因為餐吧快結束的時候把低音炮又調大了一點，我接近3點的時候又去跟客服説了一遍，因為我是連住，説非常抱歉第二天給我調房間。隨後3點過後餐吧收市低音炮終於停了，隨後就是人員吵鬧聲、嘔吐聲、收啤酒瓶聲，這些就算了，起碼沒有震樓，可以閉上眼了。沒有打最低分是因為客服姐姐還是比較有耐心，態度比較好的，一直都有跟進，第二天給我調了房間，是對着湖景的雙床房，原來這邊的湖景房都是做的雙床的。我個人對設施要求不高，不是太舊太臟就可以了，起碼衞生這裡是可以的，訂的行政房以為是湖邊別墅比較安靜，原來是在酒樓樓上的房間。第二天給我調的湖景雙床房是比較安靜的，對着湖景也不錯，可惜沒有大床房對湖景。

毛巾是破的，被子枕頭都不乾淨，最重要的是晚上窗子外面的空調外機像拖拉機一樣響一晚上，一星都不想給。。

首先先説優點:
1、地理位置很不錯，在縣城的中心。
2、房間空間足夠大，兩張床也很大，還有一個很大的陽台對着湖邊。
3、性價比還算可以吧，春節期間270多元一間房。加價幅度還算可以接受。平時應該更便宜。
再説缺點:
1、裝修和設施比較陳舊，應該也是個老酒店了；還好就是衞生間的沐浴設施好似換了新的。
2、清潔程度一般吧！樓梯扶手、陽台扶手都挺多灰塵。有一些細節需要改善。
整體還算過得去吧。

環境非常好，在湖中央，鬧中取靜，出入方便，外面路上有很多飲食店。客房是一棟棟別墅裏的房間，旁邊有空地停車。給我們升級了房間，有個大陽台對着湖，很舒適。房間很大，乾淨温馨，很適合親子度假。服務也很熱情，迴應快速。以後如果再來德慶會再選擇這裏。
