Very sad hotel beyond expectation.
I booked Suite room with quite high price, the reality that I received is the opposite.
I stayed with my family in 2 suite room units 5-6july’24
Request close together, but I understand it depends on availability.
The suite room that I got was an uninhabitable room, the wallpaper was coming off, the room ceiling was leaking, the toilet ceiling was also leaking, smelly, the swimming pool was cloudy.
Moved to the upper room but the same, the AC was not cold enough, requested to check the prion to the engineering but HE SAID there was no engineering.
I complained and wanted to talk to the manager HE SAID the holiday was very sad.
Please check the room first if next time before the guest checks in.
