1.極大不滿意，當日因交通阻塞，引致零晨才到達酒店做check in. 但該酒店不批準我們入住 。原因是過了時間不能做check in。但合約上没有寫明有截數 check in時間，我必需要求退款。
2. 因當晚太夜我們不與酒店爭議再重新購買該酒店的房間， 其中一間房 一入到去，有好強烈嘅阿蒙尼亞味，令到我們 有頭暈，心跳 ，嘔吐的反應。我們即時找當值服務員處理， 他態度極差， 向我們說沒有房間更換。只可以退款或者要求我們加錢轉入高級房間， 最後我們要求報警，他才很提供另一間房間更換。 當時我身體極之不舒服在走廊上大聲叫救命， 都沒有職員來協助。 引起我有不好嘅旅程。 我會投訴當日的職員， 不論用什麼渠道都要投訴他。
3. 還有另一間房嘅水煲壞， 要求職員更換都是壞，而再另一間廁紙架爛， 花灑口漏水， 設施非常差
