The hotel reception service was found very poor. If someone is caught in the lift and suddenly power cut.. after repeated reminders to the reception staff he didn't take prompt response and the concerned was busy to talk on phone. It was noticed that they are not serious for it. Even TV was installed but not working in any room. Hence, it is hereby advised to replace with the responsible person at reception counter.
