GUEST ACCESS:-Guests have access to the entire unit with a private entry-Outdoor area included patio, hot tub, and grill are shared by the owners; however, we're happy to coordinate usage to provide privacy-No mail to the unit. Deliveries are welcome and will come to our front door. You're welcome to grab them from the front or let us know to keep and eye out. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:-Fast WiFi, poor cell service for some, Verizon is good-Basement apartment in a single family home. -Large dog that can be heard upstairs, but we try and manage the noise.-No separate thermostat; however, we’re happy to adjust the temp for you. We also have a space heater and fans on request.-Space is best suited for no more than 6 adults + kids (some baby proofing, but not entirely)-The outdoor spaces are SHARED including the Hot Tub and BBQ; however, we’re glad to coordinate with you to provide privacy.-Stairs upon entry-420 friendly inside and outside. We partake ourselves.
