Good location to get to Coors Field and the downtown area.
room was nice and spacious and bed was comfortable.

This is more like a corporate Venmo than a hotel. You do not have a ability to speak to a person on site if anything should occur. There is a $200 refundable damage fee that must be paid prior to receiving any codes. Depending on how you reserve the room (if you do not reserve directly through them), this may not be clearly stated. Because I reserved and payed for the room through a vacation site, I was sent an email and a text requesting that I give the hotel my credit card information. When I tried to check if this was legit or a scam, no one answered the phone call. The check-in process is lengthy and requires sending pictures of your ID and a facial recognition program that may not match you to your ID. While the location, room and price were fine, I would not choose to stay in another one of these properties due to the check-in process.

Great building, awesome amenities. Location was perfect for LoDo Denver. Place was clean, communication and ease of entry were a bit bumpy at first.

I was in Denver with my wife for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was excellent...an easy walk from Union Station with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and even a Whole Foods. The building and apartment were very nice with great amenities. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, nice bright space. Terrible arrival check-in process, so annoying. The seating area was inadequate and the kitchen was not well furnished with pots, pans, etc. It's overpriced given that its really a just VRBO. I'd choose a hotel next time since the perks of a VRBO and service of a hotel concept really didn't happen.

This location is great, the apartments are high end, amazing views and nice separate layout to keep family separated. Whole Foods across the street, walk to anything downtown, etc. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. Pool is huge and views are solid, gym is top notch. This is not a hotel but staff was always available via text. My biggest complaint was no spatula :)

Frustrations with parking passes, communication/follow up, and cleanliness. Have stayed at other Mint House locations before and loved them, but this one was absolutely terrible all around.
