Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies
I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance.
This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people.
If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.

Though the hotel design is cool, they need to accurately describe the type of hotel this is on their website. It doesn't say anywhere that this is staff-less hotel. I left something in my room after check out and I can't get in touch with anyone to get it returned to me.

Hands down, one of the worst "hotel" experiences of my life. The truth is, it's NOT a hotel—it's an unstaffed Airbnb masquerading as one. Upon arrival, you have to check yourself in on an iPad. This was a struggle because the system couldn’t locate my reservation, even though the "hotel" had already confirmed it and sent me a check-in code. Calling the support line was useless, as no one answered. Feeling stranded, I spent about an hour across the street at a restaurant, calling the support number repeatedly with no success. Eventually, I saw another guest entering and ran back across the street to ask for help. Finally, I was able to get in. Then I saw my room and immediately wished I had gone to another hotel. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. The curtains were broken and falling off the track. The place is a dump. Steer clear!

A little over priced
The sheet were clean and the bed was comfy but the walls are thin and the tv is a pain to use. The refrigerator was loud aswell. In general it seemed like this was a hotel made on a budget but with the hopes of charging more for then it’s worth.

Great Friendly and Courteous Service all around.
Just in Denver for an overnight for family event and arrived and was treated with welcome reception and service. They had left a bottle of wine in our room due to a mildly broken shade - appreciated the anticipatory service that did indeed extend into the restaurant. Had dinner after long day and restaurant the had a great dinner and again service was friendly and very courteous.

Easy stat
Easy to check in, great room, location was fantastic and parking was surprisingly easy.
Could hear everything the Upstairs guest was doing, walking, music playing, toilet, shower, including singing and full conversations.

Great location, quiet, good vibes
Overall it was really good. Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was quiet. We had a small issue checking in (iPad wasn’t working) and the water was shut off at one point due to a leaky pipe (they were very kind and apologetic). Both issues were understandable and outside of the general control of the hotel.
There were some weird things like one wastebasket only in the bathroom and the shower head didn’t have the best water pressure. I wish I could only dock a half star because otherwise we were really thrilled with it and would stay again.

Meh
Nice hotel, there is no staff so when you need help you have the kiosk as your onky option or a phone number. The smell is suspicious, like too much perfume to cover up something. We notcied water damage on the door frame in our bathroom from swelling and water damage, which probably has mold.
The toilet flush is INSANE so we didnt flush at night as to not wake up everyone else on the planet. The inside is pretty, but our window opened up to a knot of power cords. BUT its Denver so...
