Unprofessional Check-In Experience The front desk staff (African-American woman) spoke in an inaudibly low, self-murmuring tone while checking us in. We had to ask her to repeat every question at least three times just to understand her. She did not proactively offer the complimentary bottled water that is a benefit of the Hyatt Discoverist membership, nor did she show any sense of welcome or courtesy. Her demeanor was highly unprofessional. Disrespectful and Negligent Behavior by Front Desk Staff (Sunny) When we asked a simple question, a front desk staff member named Sunny responded with micro-aggressive behavior and deliberately ignored us. At 2 PM checkout, I requested an email receipt, but it was never sent. Later, when I returned to the hotel and asked again, Sunny told me it would be emailed within 5–10 minutes. I waited in the hotel lobby for three hours, but still received nothing until close to midnight. Hotel facilities is great. And rest of staff is great.
