We arrived after 10 pm. The lady in office said she had no bed for us, that we should go to somewhere else, that we should apply for refund with Trip.com, that she would put this down in file. I could not believe that a confirmed booking could be refused when we were on site. If Motel 6 oversold and selected us to reject, it could do better by processing through Trip.com to let us know earlier.

Completely terrible no hot water no water pressure. Room was stuffy air-conditioning didn't work nor did the fan. I've never paid so much for total disappointment
