Aloft Denver Downtown

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for conference. Convenient location to the convention center. Rooms are on the small side with a dark decor. More lighting would be welcome. Room was clean at check-in. Our room was skipped by housekeeping with no reason. Air conditioner in the room is loud. Mattress was comfortable. If we return we would probably stay elsewhere.

Great location, convenient valet that was super easy and friendly. Thanks to Lauren. Bar in lobby and I was welcome with champagne. The rooms are super clean and the staff very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again thanks, Marriott.

I had a great time at the Aloft in Downtown Denver. The staff from the front desk to the bar, and especially Lauren at the valet service were absolutely top notch! I tend to stay at Marriott properties whenever I travel and the crew here at this Aloft made my stay feel like I was bunking in with family. To the management at this Aloft, you have a fantastic crew, well done. The bed was very comfy, and the walk in shower was very nice. This Aloft is very close, an easy walk to the convention center, which was the reason for my visit. I have a very large truck (F600) and I was concerned about parking it in downtown Denver, so I called the hotel and spoke to the valet manager a week prior to my arrival. He assurred me that they could accomodate my oversize truck and they did! As an example of how accomodating this Aloft crew is, and how much they actually care about their patrons, during my stay one of the valet staff noticed a puddle of fluid under my truck and actually took the time to call me and bring it to my attention. I hadn't noticed because I was working a trade show, and I am so glad they called and let me know about it. They knew that I was driving all the way back to Illinois at the end of my stay and cared enough to call so I could get it taken care of prior to my departure. Turns out it was just a loose fitting on the pto for my crane and was a simple fix. Thanks again to all of the great staff at the Aloft Denver Downtown!
