beautiful city view with two large windows, superb location and friendly staffs. I love the fruit flavoured water they provided. But there's a lot of ash on bedside tables. And very loud alarm from police car and ambulance in the midnight woke me up several times.

We stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Loved the convenient bar and restaurant tucked in on the first floor. Special call out to our front desk host Samantha- gave some great advice about navigating downtown, and finding the most appropriate parking. Thanks !!

Marisol and Samantha (front desk) were always so very attentive and helpful! And John (facilities) immediately fixed an issue with our room safe. Every time we needed something or had a question every hotel staff was professional and immediately addressed our needs! Wonderful team!!

Not one of the better Tribute properties unfortunately. Stayed in an upgraded room and it didn't feel that way. Large but strangely laid out. Felt like not enough furniture. Everything askew. Bed linens looked like grannies. Bathroom is strangely proportioned as well. Odd shallow sink, dated tub / shower. Staff was nice enough but not terribly accommodating. Good news it's connected to a cool coffee spot and an easy walk to convention center. Not too pricey either. 2 out of 5.

Celicia. Our reception at the front desk was just the kind of hospitality one expects at a fine hotel—bright, cheery, efficient. Celicia announced that ee had only just missed milk and cookies in the lobby. She then promptly dispatched herself to the kitchen, retrieved cookies for us, and personally delivered them to our door. Exceptional.

Horrible room and equally lousy front desk service. *We stayed 4 nights at the Magnolia Hotel, supposedly an upgraded Marriott. We arrived late in the evening of the first night, were given a room that was missing a desk chair, with a broken desk, and was without a refrigerator. *We asked for a different room but were told they were sold out. *We asked for a refrigerator. One person at the front desk said it would be right up. After 30 minutes, I called and told it could not be delivered until the engineers arrived in the morning. The refrigerator was delivered at 6:30am the next day - appreciated but thoughtless on the front desk part. *The bed was horrible - saggy - we were told no other room was available though the hotel did not seem to be crowded. *We asked for different pillows, which were hard as rocks. We were told they would be brought up but they never arrived. Avoid this hotel. It puts the Marriott brand to shame.
