Property found my booking was cancelled.

This was an ideal location for a business trip, and also located within easy walking distance of many restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the shower and sink draining slowly, but it was fixed immediately when I notified staff. Smooth check-in and out process.

Self-parking is available across from the hotel at the Tabor Center and is operated by a third party. There are two sets of elevators in that garage. Park toward the elevators in the back. Those elevators take you to the upper lobby, as opposed to the ones closer to the driveway, which drop you off inside an office building, and you will have to walk with your luggage across the street. Although the hotel states that parking is $40 a day, and it may be, parking is timed, and you will be charged a fee every time your car leaves the garage. The rates also vary, so keep that in mind. For example, if you're about to park at 11:55 p.m., it might save you some money to wait until midnight, depending on the day. This hotel charges a daily destination fee of $27 and advertises it as a credit that can be used toward food and beverages. However, regardless of what you spend, $27 or more, you will only be credited $13.50. We understood if you used $27, you would get back $27, but that isn't the case. Housekeeping is exceptional. The room was clean and stocked with towels and water. The bed was comfortable, and the duvet was heavenly. The staff wasn't able to answer in-depth questions regarding my bill (I had questions about the difference between the estimated amount and the final bill); still, they were knowledgeable and friendly in other areas. This hotel is in a fantastic area. You can walk to several eateries, breweries, and the baseball stadium, and there is entertainment in the Tower Building just behind the hotel. I would stay here again.

A great location and excellent customer service. Jessa at the front desk and Carolina at the valet area, went over and above in making our stay that much more pleasant. The rooms were very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Near Union Station was a big plus too.

Hotel is good The light in the closet goes on by motion sensor every time we walk by it. With kids in room the light woke them up any time anyone went to bathroom or walked by closet The motion Sensor light in closet is terrible idea when the closet has slats and is open with plantation style doors. So anytime you walk by the light goes on and illuminates the room So upset we woke up or toddlers sleeping several times and can’t do anything about it as they are motion activated and can’t be turned off
