Rooms are dated, my wife is titanium status and we were “upgraded” to a city view, which is a view of vacant lot, no lounge access even for titanium status ($125 per person per day!) and thank god we didn’t rent a car as valet is 75 bucks per night. I think there are probably some nicer Marriott properties that are less expensive that give more value.

This Ritz Carlton was very disappointing. My room was not very clean, finger stains were all over the closet handled, stains were on the wall and the carpet needed some cleaning. This hotel also doesn’t have a swimming pool. I have stayed at other Ritz hotels, this one is far from Ritz Carlton standard.

We had a short but wonderful stay at the Ritz. Comfortable beds and pillows, along with nice toiletries, and plenty of room, were the highlights for me.
