Just the right place!
The property was just perfect for our 5 day stay. I was competing at the Barbershop Harmony Society's annual international competition downstown Bellco Theater. We were only 12 mins to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would atay there again!

Colorado Getaway
Family and I visited Colorado for the first time. Went to a Rockies game and the Metallica concert. Great central location. Would recommend.

Great Option for Denver Vacation
House had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Denver. Communication from hosts was great with quick responses to questions. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, we were able to easily do laundry throughout the week, our kids had games to play while we were at the house, A/C worked well (bonus, since it was over 90 degrees the whole time). The only thing we wished we had had was a fan in the bathroom--it got pretty hot in there during showers, and I would've liked to have had something to suck the stink out after my husband spent time in there... :P

Very homey
Everything was as expected! Very clean very nice neighborhood. everything we did over the weekend was within 15 mintues. Highly recommend!😊 our kids had fun.

Spring Break
We had a great time staying here for my son’s 25th golden birthday. The inside was roomy, but the cleaning job was not great. We found food under the bed that wasn’t cleaned up from the previous booking. The living room wasn’t vacuumed. The outside was spacious, however needs some TLC. Over all great location!

Cozy 2 BR with good space to relax and hang out
This house is very cozy for a 2 BR set up. It is clean with some good space to hang out in. There is everything you need to cook and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

One of the Best Locations in Denver
POSITIVES
A great location at the end of a dead-end street. It is very quiet and appears safe. Lots of parking for guests and it is close to shopping although not walking distance close.
It includes a large, 65”, TV streaming Roku. Internet: 300Mbps download, 23.6Mbps upload.
We were here the month of July, 2024 when the outside temperatures were in the high-90s and the AC fully up to the task.
Carport: This is a bonus seldom available on rentals-- particularly since Denver is subject to occasional hail storms.
NEGATIVES
Bathroom: It is small and the vent fan needs replacing.

Comfortable and Charming
We stayed here with our teenage boys. They loved the pool/pong table. The yard was nice and I wish we could have utilized the fire pit, but sadly it rained almost the entire time we were there. It was close enough to all the attractions and stuff we wanted to do. The owner was very prompt in answering text messages and was a delight to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and everything felt cozy about the house.
