The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Not worth the Cost
The location was great. The property was not, they only had three towels and one hand towel for an apartment that sleeps six! The “essentials” cabinet had nothing in it. The earplugs on all the beds should have been an indicator of what to expect. You could hear all the neighbors, so much noise sleeping was terrible. The whole building smelled like garbage the entire time. The AC/heat worked well so that was nice.. there are way better options in the area for the price we paid.

Convenient though impersonal
Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great location for our needs.

Nice place that doesnt feel like a hotel.
This was my first time staying at this type of establishment. It felt more like an apartment versus a hotel which was very nice. The area this particular place is situated can get very loud at night. They do supply you with earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall a cool experience.

Great property/wonderful stay
Very safe, beautiful view, good directions on access to the property. Beautiful inside and very modern.
The TV’s connection to the internet had to be updated but it did not take long for the nice, young woman came to fix it.
We had to compete with neighborhood parking to grab a parking spot, but luckily nabbed a close one.
Kids were able to ride e-scooters and e-bikes for about 2 miles away from the property and back-having lots of fun-going to a concert and then the 16th Street mall.
