Nice room and lovely hotel but why do some hotels have nice balconies with not a chair anywhere to use to enjoy relaxing in the fresh air???? We pulled out a desk chair and the other oversized chair and put them out on the balcony. We chose this hotel solely because we love to sit out. Even folding chairs would have sufficed. We put the room chairs back inside before cking out but I was tempted to leave them in hopes housekeeping would alert the property for the need for chairs out there…but they have enough to do as it is. The hot tub was great! The shuttle drivers were stellar and prompt! The view from the room was lovely.

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

Sep 2024 • Solo After spending 2 nights in fancy overpriced hotels, I really liked this place. They let me check in early at no charge. My spacious room had a full sized fridge and microwave. Lounge couch was almost as comfortable as the bed and TV swiveled. Shower was great with adjustable head and all the toiletries are Dove brand. Free breakfast was very good. Filled up my big cup with soda for later. In the afternoon they have a happy hour with food! Lots of nearby restaurants too! The pool is closed but will reopen soon. Lovely area with fire pit and chairs. They have grills to bbq and washer and dryers. Every room has a laundry basket But the best thing was the staff. They really wanted to make my stay perfect. Hotel was well located for the airport and onward travel, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the 1st floor, really big, comfy bed, massive TV - water pressure in the taps and shower was very poor, and toilet blocked up. Breakfast was adequate, well stocked and hot, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. Typical Holiday inn Express, not fancy but perfectly functional and well located for what we wanted The hotel opposite has a bar/restaurant attached - so easy 2 mins walk for somewhere nice to eat and get a drink

The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel. There are good restaurants near the hotel. You can take a shuttle bus to the airport to get in and out of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, and the service is satisfactory.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Games in lobby helped entertain the grandkids. They like giant jenga and foosball. Very clean and modern. Relaxing atmosphere made for a nice visit took a walk along a nearby creek. Heard crickets. Neighborhood very clean.

The breakfast is very rich, with eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, bread, and fruit. Booked STUDIO, the room is large, there is a special living area and sleeping area, there is a RUBY TUESDAY restaurant opposite the hotel, the steak inside is good. Close to the airport, but still need to pay attention to safety when driving at night, the parking lot is free.
