First arrived with the room key not working. Master key did not work. The representative did not try to solve the problem. All he want to do was give me my money back and send me and my daughter on our way. We had asked him if he had 2 single rooms. After awhile he was able to locate a 2 bed room that was available.
What he wanted to do was refund our money and send us on our way. I asked "where do we go at 1130PM in the night.
The property was not clean and the garbage can was full, no place to place garbage. No garbage cans in the room,
The property is in the process or being rentevided
Our stay was unsatisfactory.

Was given a room with no AC, No working elevator and the entire 2nd floor was under renovation with furniture and debris blocking the aisles. Did receive my refund but was a total waste of my time

Wonderful
The staff are very friendly and attentive. My room was clean and housekeeping came every day. The property felt safe. And for once the room had no weird smell like most hotels.
